I understand that knowingly and willfully providing a false statement or misrepresenting the qualifications of the individual to be engraved on the National Ranger M emorial Foundation Monument is a violation of Georgia Code 16-10-20 and Section 1001, Title 18, U.S. Code and subj ects me to prosecution punishable by a fine, imprisonment, or both.

Individual stones cost $280.00 and can be paid for using check, money order, or on-line with your credit card. Please fill out the below on-line application, upload your verification document when prompted, and submit the application electronically. You will be notified of your acceptance through a return e-mail confirmation. If you are paying by check or money order, fill out the on-line application and upload your verification documents, then print it out when prompted and mail the completed application. Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of your acceptance by a return e-mail once the payment has been received.

Note:

In order for the NRMF to receive 100% of the donated amount, the normal hidden second- and third-party fees associated with making purchases using a credit card will appear as a separate charge from Just e-Pay. This ensures absolute transparency in what is donated to the NRMF and what is passed through as a normal business expense. The NRMF benefits in the fact that the separately charged fees are not earnings that later must be accounted for as expenses retaining the entire donation to use towards supporting mission of the NRMF. Please be aware of the two charges when reviewing your monthly bills.
